Quality Inspector / Incoming Inspection Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on materials, components, and finished products
• Operate precision measurement and testing equipment, including CMM and optical systems
• Record inspection and testing results accurately following SOPs and quality procedures
• Support Supplier Quality Engineering with technical inspection activities
• Develop and improve inspection methods and procedures
• Participate in validation, qualification, and GR&R studies
• Conduct First Article Inspections and analyze inspection data
• Document non-conforming materials and support corrective actions
• Assist with trending, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product quality
• Train team members on inspection equipment and processes when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Quality Inspection, Incoming Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and procedures
• Experience using measurement tools and inspection equipment
• Knowledge of CMM programming and optical systems is preferred
• SAP experience related to incoming material QC requirements preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
