Quality Control Inspector

Quality Control Inspector – Southbridge, MA

Pay: $18 - $23/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Location: Southbridge, MA

A leading manufacturer supporting the Aviation, Defense, and Space industries is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. This position will be responsible for inspecting complex assemblies and finished products to ensure they meet quality and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of assemblies and finished products.
• Use microscopes and QC measuring tools to inspect precision components.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Maintain accurate records, travelers, and process logs.
• Perform basic product bench testing as required.
• Use basic hand tools and inspection equipment.
• Identify quality issues and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Quality Control/Inspection experience preferred.
• Experience using QC measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience maintaining inspection records and production documentation.
• First Article Inspection experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with microscopes and small/precision components.
• Basic hand tool experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
