Location: Sparks, Nevada
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift Schedules

• A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• B Shift: Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday | 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• C Shift: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• D Shift: Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday | 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join an automotive manufacturing team in Sparks, NV. In this role, you will inspect and validate customer parts to ensure quality standards are met, support rework and repacking processes, and maintain accurate production records. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and validate customer parts according to work instructions
• Perform rework and repacking as required
• Investigate and coordinate daily rejected materials
• Maintain accurate records of quality concerns and associated costs
• Perform basic data entry and documentation of inspection results
• Use hand tools and measuring devices as needed for inspection and rework
• Support production and quality teams to meet daily output goals
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Frequent walking, bending, and repetitive motion
• Must be able to safely handle hand tools and materials in a production environment
