Quality Control Inspector

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of plastic injection molded parts.
Inspect products for cosmetic defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.
Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and other inspection equipment.
Complete inspection reports, quality records, and production documentation accurately.
Approve or reject products based on established quality standards and work instructions.
Identify nonconforming materials and assist with containment and corrective actions.
Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality concerns.
Verify production setup approvals and monitor process compliance throughout production runs.
Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring equipment is properly maintained.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies.
