Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
• <\/span><\/span>Implement and support various GMP regulations with primary focus on process inspections of <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
  manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
• Complete Incoming Quality Checks and record results<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Work with specifications and controlled documentation to perform the <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   identified inspections for manufacturing, assembly, and packaging and <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   record results
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Communicate issues/failures with the line supervisors and <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   Quality Assurance Manager
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Review and approve batch records, line clearance, and 1st quality<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   checks/samples
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Release product and finished goods
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Review and approve DHR documentation
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Assist the Quality Manager with inspections of compliance to GMP <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   regulations and practices throughout the facility
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Monitor and provide training to facility areas for GMP Compliance
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Serve as role model for GMP compliance
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Perform SIP audits, documentation control checks, specification control<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   checks, equipment calibration checks
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Organize and maintain working documents
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Troubleshoot root cause analysis
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide added compliance support and monitoring
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Assist QA manager with administrative support
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Train inspectors
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Travels to other facilities as needed
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Other duties as deemed necessary<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
• Ability to perform and record inspections and observations accurately,<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   prepare and present records and reports and observe safety precautions<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   and regulations such as GMPs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to deal with staff and the Customer in a positive and successful<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
   manner<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to demonstrate highly conscientious work performance<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Word and Excel <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Demonstrate ability to be part of multi -functional team<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to evaluate quality control and quality assurance statistics<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to plan workload and remain flexible if changes are required<\/span><\/span>
