Quality Control Lab

Our client, in Lake Charles LA is seeking a Quality Control Lab Tech to join their team. As a Quality Control Lab Tech, you will be part of the Lab Department supporting the Lab team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, team player and manufacturing background which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Tech

Location: Lake Charles

Pay Range: $19.00

What’s the Job?

• Conducts QC tests and approves incoming raw materials for use.
• Assists production personnel in production methods for new products and troubleshooting for existing ones.
• Conducts Quality Control tests (i.e., grind, clarity, color, dispersion, etc.) on finished goods prior to distribution to customer to ensure they are within specification parameters. Completes batch tickets and releases batches.
• Follows requirements of Quality Manual for all Quality Control procedures.
• Commit to the Company’s safety and quality programs.

What’s Needed?

• Manufacturing background
• 6 plus months experience
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Inspection and testing experience a plus
