Quality Control Lab Technician

Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and looking for a career in manufacturing? We're seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing routine laboratory testing, analyzing data, and helping ensure products meet quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and working in both a laboratory and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control testing and laboratory analysis

• Inspect, receive, and document product samples

• Operate, maintain, and clean laboratory equipment

• Analyze data and perform basic calculations

• Maintain laboratory records, databases, and spreadsheets

• Verify product quality and sample conformity

• Assist with inventory of laboratory supplies

• Follow laboratory safety procedures and use required PPE

• Support manufacturing operations and assist with training as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate's Degree in Science preferred

• Basic math and computer skills

• Experience using spreadsheets and data entry programs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task and work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

• Willingness to learn and work across multiple shifts and locations

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 30 lbs.

• Regular standing and sitting

• Ability to climb stairs

• Must be able to see, hear, and safely perform laboratory duties
