Quality Control Lab Technician
Pay Rate: $23 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing laboratory testing, ensuring product quality, and supporting production through accurate data collection and analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log samples for testing
- Perform laboratory tests in accordance with established specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Work with various chemicals (including lead, chromate, manganese, jet fuel, etc.) in a safe and compliant manner
- Schedule batches for testing and ensure timely completion
- Accurately record and maintain test data
- Generate routine reports
- Approve or reject production batches based on results
- Recommend and determine appropriate batch adjustments when necessary
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet assigned deadlines
- Follow proper waste disposal and recycling procedures
