Pay: $22- $24/hour

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Quality Control to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in staying organized, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

•   This includes audits, inspections, checks, tests, and sampling of process outcomes
•   Regularly measures and monitors quality and requests disposition of materials
•   Process customer’s complaints and returns as required
•   Daily input of inspection QC data
•   Determine correct and appropriate use inspection tools
•   Inspection small and large parts that consists of assemblies, machined parts, pipe spools and similar products.
•   Effectively use MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)

Requirements:

• 2- 3 years QC experience
• Familiar with fabrication processes, including machining, welding, and/or assembly.
• Proficient personal computer skills; Microsoft Office
• Proficient with drawing/blue print reading and interpretation (including GD&T)
• Familiar with geometry/trigonometry principles
• Proficient with basic fabrication shop math
• Proficient with measuring devices, including calipers, height gages, CMM, micrometers, etc.
• Presents professional communication skills – verbal, written, e-mails.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
