Pay: $28–$30/hour, based on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM (OT as needed)

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Quality Control Floor Inspector.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished products for quality and customer specifications.
- Perform visual inspections and precision measurements.
- Use micrometers, calipers, height gages, plug gages, and thread gages.
- Read and apply GD&T requirements.
- Document inspection results and identify quality issues.
- Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Communicate quality concerns with production and management.
- Lead or guide other inspectors as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measuring equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.
