Quality Control Lead

Key%20Responsibilities:

• Administer%20andmaintainthe%20site%20training%20program,%20ensuring%20employee%20training%20records%20are%20current%20and%20compliant%20with%20QMS%20requirements.

• Coordinate%20training%20assignments,%20track%20completion,%20and%20support%20training%20effectiveness%20evaluations.

• Partner%20with%20department%20leads%20to%20ensure%20training%20needs%20areidentifiedand%20addressed.

• Update,%20revise,%20andmaintaincontrolled%20procedures,%20work%20instructions,%20and%20quality%20documents.

• Support%20QMS%20improvements%20byidentifyinggaps%20and%20contributing%20to%20corrective%20and%20preventive%20actions.

• Prepare%20documentation,%20records,%20and%20evidence%20for%20internal%20audits,%20customer%20audits,%20and%20regulatory%20inspections.

• Participate%20in%20audit%20activities%20and%20support%20follow‑up%20actions%20to%20ensure%20compliance%20and%20readiness.

• OverseeQCteams%20across%20incoming%20inspection,in‑processinspection,%20and%20final%20product%20release.

• Assistwith%20inspection%20planning,%20sampling,%20and%20verification%20of%20inspection%20results.

• Conduct%20stock%20checks%20and%20inventory%20verification%20to%20ensure%20product%20status%20accuracy.

• Work%20closely%20with%20Quality%20Engineers%20to%20support%20investigations,%20root%20cause%20analysis,%20and%20quality%20improvement%20initiatives.

• Coordinate%20nonconforming%20material%20activities,%20including%20identification,%20segregation,%20documentation,%20and%20disposition%20routing.%20Ensuretimelyreview%20and%20closure%20of%20NCMRs,%20support%20root‑cause%20investigations,%20and%20collaborate%20with%20Quality%20Engineers,%20Supply%20Chain,%20and%20Operations%20to%20prevent%20recurrence.

Minimum%20Basic%20Qualifications:

• High%20school%20diploma%20or%20equivalent%20required;%20an%20associate%20degree%20or%20relevant%20certification%20preferred.

• 3+%20%20years%20of%20experience%20in%20Quality%20Assurance%20or%20Quality%20Control%20within%20manufacturing%20or%20other%20regulated%20environments.

• Working%20knowledge%20of%20QMS%20standards%20%28ISO%209001,%20ISO%2013485,%20AS9100%29.

• Ability%20to%20read%20and%20interpret%20technical%20drawings,%20specifications,%20and%20inspection%20data.

• Proficiencywith%20inspection%20tools,%20techniques,%20and%20basicnon‑destructiveexamination%20methods.

• Experience%20inusing%20ERP%20systems%20%28e.g.,%20Oracle%29%20for%20transactions%20and%20reporting.

• Strong%20communication,%20documentation,%20and%20organizational%20skills.

• Demonstrated%20ability%20to%20lead%20or%20guide%20quality%20inspectors%20and%20support%20adherence%20to%20SOPs%20and%20standard%20work.

• Effective%20interpersonal%20skills,%20including%20conflict%20resolution,%20collaboration,%20and%20active%20listening.

• Ability%20to%20train%20others%20and%20support%20team%20development.

• Self‑startercapable%20of%20working%20independently%20andmaintainingconfidentiality.

• Proficient%20with%20computers%20and%20general%20office%20software.
