Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of welded components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Utilize measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers to assess the quality of welds and materials.
• Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to set up welding processes and ensure optimal quality control measures are in place.
• Maintain accurate inventory management and control of materials used in welding operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Utilize quality control software to document findings and generate reports.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control practices and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection and quality control, preferably in a welding environment.
• Strong understanding of welding setups for production processes.
• Proficient in using measurement tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Experience with quality control data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with quality control software and documentation practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
