Gpac has partnered with a company looking to add a Quality Control Manager to their team. Construction Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports
- Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions
- Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
Construction Quality Control Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role
- Thorough knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- CWI - NACE Paint Certification
- Quality Manager in steel fabrication and welding environment
