The organization offers a collaborative environment, long-term project stability, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead all quality control activities on federal construction projects.Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans.Review, process, and track project submittals and documentation.Perform daily inspections and ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.Utilize established quality control procedures for all definable features of work.Coordinate with government representatives, project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Maintain quality metrics, logs, reports, and project records.Analyze inspection and testing results and provide recommendations to project leadership.Support continuous improvement initiatives through the development of SOPs and best practices.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
