Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager will report into senior site leadership and play a critical role in ensuring quality and compliance across federal construction projects.

  • Oversee all quality control aspects on federal construction projects
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation in line with project requirements
  • Conduct preparatory meetings, initial inspections, and follow-up inspections
  • Ensure full compliance with federal standards and EM 385 safety regulations
  • Coordinate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support successful project delivery on a major $60M+ programme

For the Quality Control Manager role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects
  • Background working with a general contractor on $30M+ projects
  • Strong knowledge of EM 385 and federal quality control requirements
  • QCM certification is essential
  • US Citizenship (required for secure project environments)
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance experience
  • Ability to work on travelling projects across the Southern US
