Job Summary
The Quality Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for driving quality excellence across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office operations. This position provides strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for all quality initiatives, ensuring products consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and company standards. The Quality Manager develops, implements, and continuously improves the Quality Management System (QMS), maintains ISO certifications, and actively partners with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality, process capability, and operational performance. This role requires a strong presence on the production floor, in the laboratory, and within warehouse operations to support problem solving, process improvement, and employee development while fostering a culture of quality ownership throughout the facility.

Local, state, and federal regulations relating to hazardous waste
Employee involvement and development techniques

Supervising personnel
Planning work, directing work, disciplining, developing personnel, performance appraisal, recruiting, and hiring personnel
Training personnel on quality and process development concepts and technologies

Budget development and resource justification
Goal setting and strategic planning

Education and Experience:
Working Conditions:
The position typically operates during standard business hours of Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), with regular flexibility required to accommodate touch points with all operating shifts. The employee is expected to comply with all company policies related to data security, confidentiality, and remote work standards.
Periodic travel may be required for team meetings, training, or company events, with advance notice provided. The company will reimburse travel expenses in accordance with its travel and expense policy.
