PCSI is looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality and safety for our Camp Bullis team. This contract focuses on grounds maintenance, janitorial, and other building maintenance trades. The Quality Control Manager inspects completed work and provides some supervisory oversight to employees. The Quality Control Manager maintains inspection data in a Quality Management system used to identify trends and root causes of issues and continue to improve processes. This role also partners with PCSI's safety department, training employees and investigating accidents and incidents.
We are looking for a leader with general maintenance background and experience that can clearly transfer to enforcing maintenance quality and safety standards. This position is based on Camp Bullis in San Antonio, TX. Typical hours are a Monday-Friday day shift.
