Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager with strong mechanical expertise to join our team. This role is a replacement hire and requires a Federal Quality Control Manager (QCM) with experience in managing quality control processes in a federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement quality control measures.
• Ensure that mechanical projects meet the required quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality control matters.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Federal Quality Control Manager certification
• Strong mechanical experience
• Experience as a Project Manager
• Familiarity with US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in federal project environments
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and focused on maintaining high-quality standards in federal projects. The role involves collaboration with various project teams and adherence to USACE standards. The position may require occasional site visits and audits.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Stewart, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $75.00/hr.
