We strive each day to better serve our customers and employees.Position Overview:Seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Control Manager to ensure all operations and procedures run smoothly and meet standards for output efficiency and quality, ensuring satisfaction of our customer. Quality Control Manager understands customer goals and procedures to be followed to meet those goals then communicates those procedures to employees before verifying the results meet the standards set forth by the customer. Candidate has an understanding of customer service and performance expectations and works to ensure job is completed meeting company's high standards for quality and service.Responsibilities and Duties:Gaining understanding of customer's needs and requirements, and communicating requirements and quality standards to the employeesDevising ways to improve processesImproving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for processes.
