Job Purpose
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring all construction activities comply with contract documents, approved submittals, applicable federal and state regulations, OSHA requirements, and company policies. This position has the authority to act in all Contractor Quality Control (CQC) matters, including stopping work when necessary, and provides active support to project safety programs.

Must be able to work professionally and effectively with Government representatives, inspectors, and non-government personnel. The Quality Control Manager must coordinate with multiple trades and disciplines to ensure quality compliance without impeding construction progress. Clear, concise verbal and written communication with Owners, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Corporate Safety is required.

Manufacturing experience includes aircraft maintenance stands, chemical and biological test chambers, paint and blast booths, containerized biological containment transport units and ground support equipment for aircraft.
