We are actively seeking a dedicated and results-driven Quality Control Manager. In this role, you will be
responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the overall quality strategy to ensure manufactured
products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. This role emphasizes proactive
quality planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to prevent defects and drive
operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the quality team, including supervisors and quality technicians, to ensure effective
execution of quality objectives.
• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with applicable
standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive a culture of quality by partnering with production, maintenance, and supply chain to embed
quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection strategies, ensuring appropriate controls, sampling
plans, and testing methods are in place.
• Ensure all measuring and test equipment is properly selected, calibrated, and maintained in
accordance with established standards.
• Analyze quality data, including defect trends, customer complaints, and internal nonconformances, to
identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead nonconformance management processes, including disposition, root cause analysis, and systemic
corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma
methodologies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations on product and process improvements to enhance quality,
reduce variation, and minimize waste.
• Serve as the primary quality representative for customer interactions, audits, and issue resolution.
• Develop and report key quality metrics (KPIs), including defect rates, cost of quality, and customer
satisfaction, to senior leadership.
• Ensure proper documentation, standardization, and training related to quality processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality, with demonstrated leadership in a
management role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or
similar).
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, root cause analysis, FMEA, and CAPA
systems.
• Familiarity with inspection and measurement systems, including CMMs and other precision tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
