DMS provides Design-Build and General Construction Services on demolition, new construction, renovations, repairs, and civil projects at government-owned facilities and military installations. Quality Control Manager Responsibilities
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) holds the primary responsibility of directly reporting to the Project Manager and Corporate Management regarding the verification of adherence to all quality standards across our projects. Operating at the project level, the QCM plans, coordinates, and supervises the implementation of construction quality control and quality assurance programs.

Working Environment
The majority of the work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, involving interaction with individuals of diverse functions, personalities, and abilities.
Physical Demands
An individual will be required to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and repeat motions. Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects is required.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year. The pay range and total target compensation package listed above reflect the expected starting pay for this role. While actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, relevant experience, skillset, and internal equity, we commonly hire at or near the midpoint of the range.
