Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team! As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of all staff for the department, including hiring new employees and handling discipline or termination of existing employees. You will also audit the current processes and systems, oversee all incoming materials and products, and ultimately lead the department as a whole. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers and experts within the department
Audit current processes to improve efficiency
Hire, train, and mentor employees under your supervision
Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, as necessary
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading a team desired
Demonstrated experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance desired
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
