Quality Assurance ManagerOur client, a manufacturer of precision metal stampings, is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. This role involves managing the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes that affect the quality of the organization's products. The successful candidate will handle and resolve product and service quality issues with customers and suppliers, manage process and product audits, testing, and inspections, and oversee the inspection of incoming materials to ensure they meet requirements. Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, developing and reviewing project quality plans, and purchase order or contract documents is required. Proven ability to lead a QC staff, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; project management experience is a plus. Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels, are also required. Excellent math skills and working knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods are necessary. Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and supervisory skills are essential. Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.What's on offer includes a salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 (DOE), managers & EOY bonus, 2-3 weeks of PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match.
