Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities: : · Chair and document weekly QC coordination meetings with subcontractors and attend all progress meetings with the USACE Resident Engineer or administrative team · Update and maintain the RMS to log daily QC reports, track submittals, manage deficiencies, and upload test results · Implement and document the mandatory USACE Three-Phase Control process (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up phases) for every definable feature of work · Identify, document, and track construction defects using a rework log, ensuring prompt corrective action and closure · Review, approve, and track all shop drawings, material samples, and technical data sheets before they are submitted to the government or used on-site. Qualifications: : · High School Diploma · 7+ years of experience with quality control management on projects · Experience with USACE projects · USACE CQM or CQC-M certification · Must be able to pass a government background check Compensation: Package: · Salary Range: 140k-155k · Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Federal Holidays, 401k, and Sick Leave as required by law
