Description:The QCM needs to be familiar with operating a Quality Program for a Federal Construction General Contractor supporting a DOE . The QCM should have experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Lean methodologies, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards, International Building Code (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC). The QC Manager is responsible for overall management of QC and must have the authority to act in all QC matters for the Contractor.
Responsibilities:This is an exempt position that reports directly to the Senior Construction Manager. The QCM is responsible for the successful management of the Quality Control Plan. The QCM is responsible for managing all Contract Delivery Requirements List (CDRLs) submittals and will work directly with the COR and Government evaluators to address any nonconformance.
