Quality Control Operator (Greensboro) — 4-Day Work WeekOverview
Join our team in Greensboro for a new opportunity where your attention to detail directly supports product quality and continuous improvement. As a Quality Control Operator, you’ll inspect parts, assemblies, and finished product to ensure compliance with documented standards—then accurately record results and help drive customer satisfaction. 

Pay:$18–$19/hour
Schedule:4-day work weeks with 3-day weekends on non-holiday weeks
Required Skills
  • Perform inspections of parts and assemblies (including electronic circuit board assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies) to ensure compliance with documented standards
  • Enter inspection results into company databases and communicate findings via reports
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings/specifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to distinguish the difference between colors
  • Ability to interpret drawings and documentation and set appropriate inspection levels per department policies
  • Experience tracking quality indicators and performing first-level analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including participating in internal audits and assisting with quality procedures
  • Investigate non-conformance issues and process/route materials as needed
Nice to Have Skills
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar Quality/Inspection role
  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 requirements (highly desirable)
  • Experience operating in an ISO 9001 environment
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Associates degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred)
