Quality Control & Packaging Line Operator (Food Manufacturing)

We’re hiring detail-driven operators who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced plant. You’ll rotate through sanitation, packaging, automated equipment monitoring, and on-the-spot quality control. Top contributors are eligible for contract-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove products that don’t meet quality criteria
• Package and stack to precise count requirements
• Palletize finished product for shipment
• Sanitize lines, equipment, and adjacent production zones
• Track and respond to automated equipment alerts
• Support additional production tasks as assigned

What you bring

• Experience in food packaging or production
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly
• Capacity for 8–12 hours on your feet with bending, stooping, and occasional crawling
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear
• Dependable transportation
• Must be able to background check and drug screen (Non-THC)

Schedule, Pay & Location

• Shifts (Monday–Friday): 5:30 am–2:00 pm; 1:30 pm–10:00 pm; 9:30 pm–6:00 am
• Overtime as needed
• Kent, WA
• $21.75–$23.00/hour
