Job Title: Quality Control Production Associate Pay: $21.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM, possibly move to 6:00AM - 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP Duration: Approx. 60 - 90 days

As a Quality Control Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every golf putter meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Youll work closely with your team to maintain safety, organization, and efficiency while inspecting and packaging products that are changing the game of golf.
What Youll Do
As a Quality Control Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
Following detailed instructions and processes to inspect putters for proper specifications, materials, and aesthetic quality
Addressing minor issues and ensuring products meet company standards
Accurately packaging and labeling finished products with attention to detail and efficiency
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote a safe environment
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Strong pride in the quality of your work and attention to detail
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ask questions when needed
Capability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment to make decisions on the fly
