We are seeking to hire a Quality Control Research Associate II in Santa Monica, CA.

Role: Quality Control Research Associate II
Pay Scale:$62, 000 – $77, 500 (Dependent on Experience)
What You'll Do:
· Conduct Quality Control Analtyical testing (e.g., ELISA, Flow Cytometry, PCR) of patient
samples, stability samples, controls, and reagent qualification in a GMP environment.
· Perform reviews of assays and maintain laboratory in a state of compliance.
· Assists in the training of QC staff as needed.
· Applies knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Good Laboratory
Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
· Troubleshoot instrumentation and test methods.
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience in quality control or laboratory environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in laboratory instruments and software
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
