Quality Control / Sorting Associate

Position Type: Full-time (Project-Based)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift (Based on Project Needs)

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control / Sorting Associates to support project-based work Marysville manufacturing and assembly plant. Opportunities may become available on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift depending on customer demand and project schedules.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary by project and work area but can include:

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use precision gauges to verify that holes and other components meet required specifications.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure O-rings and cover plates are properly installed and sitting flush.
• Sort, inspect, and identify defective or non-conforming parts.
• Follow quality procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report quality concerns or defects to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift (anti-fatigue rubber mats are provided).
• Ability to adapt to changing project assignments and fluctuating workloads.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.
• Must follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule

This is a project-based position. Work schedules and shift availability may increase or decrease based on customer demand. Flexibility to work different shifts as needed is a plus.
