    Quality Control Specialist
     
    Location: In-office for candidates located around Austin, TX; Remote for those outside the area.
    Type: Full Time
    Min. Experience: Entry Level
    Comp: 19.23/ hr

    We are looking for a motivated, top-notch Quality Control Specialist who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

    Required:
    • RBT experience preferred

    • Be prepared to discuss past accomplishments
    • 1-2 years of previous job experience
    • 1-2 years of medical record/auditing experience highly preferred
    Responsibilities:
    • Performs appropriate follow-up activities on documentation reviews/audits
    • Takes necessary action to ensure timely resolution with providers
    • Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner
    • Performs detailed follow-up activities on assigned patients/centers according to procedures
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
    • Detail oriented and ability to meet daily goals
    • Enjoys being a team player
    • Great at using Excel and Word
