Overview
Doyon Technical Services (DTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Doyon Government Group (DGG), provides comprehensive design-build, new construction, and renovation/repair solutions at a wide variety of facilities for federal agencies.
This position is an early-career Quality Control Specialist to support the Quality Control Manager and Project Manager in administering project-level quality control and project documentation for USACE, NAVFAC, and other federal construction projects. This position assists with implementation of the project Quality Control Plan, the Three Phases of Control for each Definable Feature of Work, submittal and RFI coordination, inspections and testing, daily reporting, deficiency tracking, and project closeout. The role provides exposure to both quality control and project management functions while helping ensure work complies with contract drawings, specifications, approved submittals, applicable codes, and federal requirements.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of the work is performed in an indoor/outdoor setting with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: An individual will be required to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions. Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and /or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects is required. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices. Occasional travel.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary range for this position is $55,000.00-$78,000.00 per year. Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and work location.
