From steel parts and welding to painting, concrete, assembly, and final electrical inspections, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections on steel components, welds, paint coatings, concrete, assemblies, and electrical systems.Verify compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.Interpret and utilize technical drawings, CAD models, and work instructions.Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process optimization projects.Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., B16.9, MSS-SP75).Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.Utilize data analysis tools and Microsoft Office (including Access) to track quality trends and KPIs.RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in manufacturing in metal or steel processing.Proven experience in both manufacturing process engineering and quality control.Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Access).Hands‑on experience with CAD software and interpreting technical documentation.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with welding operations and knowledge of ASME Sec.
