Typical duties include but are not limited to: Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control programs to ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements. Perform independent inspections of service orders, completed work, and associated documentation, including scheduled, unscheduled, and random QA/QC reviews, to verify adherence to established standards. Perform and document daily inspections using established programs, checklists, and systems to ensure all contract quality specifications are consistently met. Review work orders, maintenance documentation, historical data, and inspection records to identify trends, recurring deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor performance trends, customer feedback, and complaint data to support continuous improvement and performance accountability. Identify, document, and communicate deficiencies in a clear and timely manner; initiate and support corrective actions to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence. Verify completeness and accuracy of service order documentation for presentation and acceptance in accordance with contractual requirements. Maintain and ensure accuracy of all quality records, including inspection results, reports, and performance data within designated systems (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint or other document control systems). Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Quality Control leadership and operational management, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, SOP, and ISO standards; support and participate in internal and external audits as required. Review contracts regularly to remain current on performance standards, specifications, and any modifications to service requirements. Collaborate with the Production Control Manager, Assistant Production Control Manager, and Liaisons to ensure alignment between quality standards and service order execution. Engage with customers during inspections, including soliciting feedback and surveys, while maintaining professional, courteous, and timely communication. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management to promote quality awareness and operational effectiveness. Utilize computer systems and software applications for data entry, tracking, analysis, and reporting functions. Travel to on-site and off-site locations as required to perform inspections independently or as part of a team. Participate in cross-training, training initiatives, and quality-related meetings to support operational readiness and continuous improvement. Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct at all times. Qualifications: Three (3) years of quality control experience required. First Aid/CPR certification preferred. Must have a strong facilities maintenance background. Must be familiar with a military environment. Must be able to respond to customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner. Physical Requirements: Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties. Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
