Title: Quality Control Specialist - M-Th - Day Shift

Location: Brighton, CO

Pay Rate: $25.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday (10 hour shifts) - Day Shift start times vary for 4:30 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:30 AM

Summary:

The Quality Specialist is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and validating operational processes within a high-volume sort center to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to customer and company standards.

In this role, the auditor works on the floor alongside operations and 4PL partners to proactively identify quality risks such as mis-sorts, scan failures, and process deviations.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or quality-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse or sortation processes.
• Ability to observe, document, and communicate findings clearly.
