Quality Control Specialist (ID #500887)

Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry.

Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks
• Inspect products and materials throughout the production process
• Work closely with the Production Control Specialist on quality standards
• Conduct tests and identify defects, inconsistencies, or process issues
• Ensure company standards and safety regulations are followed
• Address quality concerns and discuss solutions with supervisors
• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
• Track defects, trends, and recurring issues
• Make recommendations for process and product improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance/Control Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of production processes in a related industry preferred
• Working knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data collection, reporting, and analysis abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant QA/QC certifications or training preferred
