    Job Description

    Prinsco is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor who leads by example and supports consistent, reliable quality throughout the operation. This role partners with production and plant leadership to ensure products meet standards, processes are followed, and quality issues are addressed thoughtfully and effectively.

    The Quality Control Supervisor coaches and develops team members, reinforces quality and safety practices, and looks for opportunities to improve systems and processes. This role values clear communication, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
    • Proven track record of implementing quality control processes and procedures in a manufacturing or production environment.
    • Experience with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Proficient in quality control software and tools, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey quality standards and expectations.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective quality control strategies and improvements.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
