Quality Control Supervisor Lead Quality. Develop People. Drive Improvement. We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor who enjoys being close to the manufacturing floor, developing people, solving problems, and making processes better. In this role, you’ll lead our Quality Control inspection team and help ensure that incoming components and finished products meet our quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations. You’ll balance day-to-day inspection priorities with the bigger picture—building team capability, improving processes, reducing bottlenecks, and strengthening a culture of quality and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do - Lead daily inspection activities across Production, balancing workload and priorities to support on-time inspection and Certificate of Conformance (CoC) release.
- Coach, develop, and hold Quality Control team members accountable for performance, quality, and training requirements.
- Oversee incoming and finished-goods inspections, sampling plans, test procedures, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Manage nonconforming material and support MRB/RMA activities.
- Track key metrics including inspection cycle time, backlog, throughput, and defect rates, and take action when targets are not met.
- Provide technical guidance on SPC, Control Plans, metrology, inspection methods, and measurement systems.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts using root cause analysis, CAPA, and structured problem-solving.
- Support internal and external audits and corrective actions.
- Partner with Quality, Production, Engineering, HR, and other teams to meet customer and business needs.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring - Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of Quality experience in medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of supervisory/team leadership experience and 2+ years of regulatory/compliance experience.
- Internal/external auditing certification or relevant auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485; 3-A Sanitary Standards and ISO 14644 experience are a plus.
- Experience with quality tools and methods such as SPC, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, QMS, Metrology, Gage R&R, Control Plans, AQL/Batch Sampling, MSA, Lean Manufacturing, NPI, and 5S/Kaizen.
- Ability to interpret customer drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements - This is a hands-on manufacturing role requiring regular time on the production floor. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, safely navigate a manufacturing environment, frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Some overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays.
