Quality Control Administrative Position
We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive to join our Quality Control team. This is an administrative position based at our Corporate Office, supporting licensing, training, and compliance across the company.
You'llplay a key part in making sure our technicians are properly licensed, trained, and ready to work—while helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Process new hire licenses and renewals (SPCB & Ag.)
- Track licenses (Branch 1, 2, 3, QAL, PCA, RA, etc.)
- Maintain accurate licensing records and databases
- Monitor expiration dates and notify teams ahead of time
- Coordinate and communicate training schedules
- Support QC, regulatory, and training documentation
- Respond to licensing questions from technicians and managers
- Assist with corporate support tasks (calendars, meetings, internal coordination)
- Help keep records organized and audit-ready

- Comfortable with Excel, databases, and office tools

- High level of accuracy and accountability
Preferred Experience
- Administrative or office support experience
- Experience with licensing, compliance, or records management is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools
