Tech 2, Quality Control Compensation:

• Pay: $25.00–$35.00/hr
• Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days
• 401(k): company match available after 1 year of service

• On-site role in Sparks, MD
• 1st shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• In-person interviews required
• Drug test required: 9-panel (per manager)
• Contract role with potential for extension/long-term opportunity based on attendance, performance, and business need

• Perform incoming and in-process inspections for an instrument manufacturing environment
• Plan and perform daily inspection duties and tests under direction of a supervisor/group leader
• Use judgment and decision-making to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained
• Work effectively in a team setting to support team goals and objectives
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of quality experience (or equivalent training)
• Hands-on measurement/tool experience (calipers, micrometers, scales)
• Basic understanding of drawings/blueprints
• Basic familiarity working in a Windows environment
• Attendance mandatory first 90 days

• Manufacturing/inspection background with strong attention to detail
• Experience performing audits/inspections across incoming and in-process stages
