Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with sterile processing experience to ensure instrument cleanliness, proper assembly, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments
- Follow ANSI/AAMI standards, IFUs, SOPs, and internal procedures
- Inspect instruments for defects and ensure accurate tray assembly and packaging
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, washer disinfectors)
- Document sterilization cycles, track instruments, and report issues
- Manage inventory and maintain organized, compliant work areas
- Support team communication, workflow improvements, and ongoing training
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sterile processing experience
- CRCST or CIS certification required
- Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and surgical instruments
- Experience with sterilization equipment and tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
