Job Title: Quality Testing TechnicianDepartment: Quality ControlReports To: Site ManagerEmployment Type: Full time/Shift workPay Rate: $14.00 Job OverviewAs a Quality Testing Technician, you will perform quality checks and measurements on finished paper products in a clean, nonhazardous, dry lab environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting precise testing and calibration of lab equipment
Documenting and analyzing results against industry standards
Ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting defects
Maintaining a safe and organized work environmentQualifications & Skills:High school diploma or GED (or relevant experience/training)
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, and ruler measurements)
Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel) and ability to learn custom data entry systemsSteel-Toed Work Shoes RequiredAdditional Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug test
Must be available to work most holidays if scheduled
Occasional overtime opportunities availablePreferred Qualifications:Experience in a Quality Control/Technician setting, at least 1 yearPrior experience with warehouse safety committees or OSHA training.Work Schedule & Environment:AWS Schedule – 12-hour shifts, alternating between 3-4 shifts per week, including every other weekend
Day/Night Rotations Available – Some positions offer straight night shifts
Physical Requirements – Standing for extended periods and a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot to the work area
