Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description
This role focuses on evaluating color quality for textiles in a laboratory environment. The Quality Control Technician assesses production samples, establishes color tolerances, and makes approval or rejection decisions based on predefined color standards for pre-approved products. The technician works closely with the quality control lab team and uses both visual assessment and benchtop spectrophotometer measurements to ensure that all products meet strict color quality requirements.

Work Environment
This position is based in a laboratory environment focused on color evaluation for textiles. The role operates on a first-shift schedule, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The technician works closely with other lab technicians and quality control inspectors, using tools such as a benchtop spectrophotometer and Excel-based data entry systems. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
