Quality Control Technician
Pay Range: $30 - $38/hr DOE + Incredible Benefits
Location: Denver, CO
Position Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: M-F: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. + Optional OT

How you'll spend your time as a Quality Control Technician:
- Perform first article, in process, and final inspections of machined parts.
- Complete customer data packs, including PPAPs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMM.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Partner with production to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Conduct incoming material inspections as needed.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
- Help maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
- Maintain calibration records for inspection tools and equipment.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Quality Control Technician:
- 2+ years of quality control experience in a machine shop or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances.
- Ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
- CMM Manager or Calypso experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow alongside a collaborative quality team.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
