Primary Talent Partners has a 6 month contract opening for a Quality Control Technician to join a national life sciences company for an onsite position operating out of Torrance, CA.
Pay: $20.00/hr Contract: 6 months, extensions likely, conversion possible Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship Onsite: 100% onsite in Torrance, CA. Shift: M-F 8am to 4.30pm
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a clean, organized and presentable workspace and enforce ISO:9001 guidelines as required.
-Using computer program(s) to test, process and evaluate product.
-Following FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing, as needed.
-Performing minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation.
-Following all assigned testing and operating instructions for work area. Supporting key initiatives as assigned by department leadership.
-Completing assigned training and reading as outlined by department manager.
Qualifications:
