Position Overview
Noovo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in quality assurance, automotive systems, or manufacturing who is eager to learn and grow.
In this role, you will help inspect materials, components, and finished recreational vehicles to ensure they meet Noovo’s quality and safety standards. You will work closely with production teams to identify issues, document findings, and support continuous improvement.
Previous quality control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We value reliability, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic quality inspections of materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products.
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify defects, damage, or quality concerns.
- Document inspection results using checklists, spreadsheets, and quality logs.
- Report issues and communicate findings to supervisors and production team members.
- Help identify missing parts, inventory discrepancies, and potential safety concerns.
- Follow established inspection procedures and company quality standards.
- Assist with identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Learn to use basic inspection tools, including calipers, gauges, and measuring devices.
- Review work orders, checklists, and basic technical drawings as needed.
- Maintain organized inspection records and help ensure production requirements are met.
- Support other manufacturing and quality-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in automotive, RV, manufacturing, mechanical work, or quality inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and established procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing environment, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
- Willingness to work overtime when reasonably needed.
Preferred, but not required:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, automotive, assembly, or quality inspection.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, or mechanical components.
- Experience with RVs, cabinetry, electrical components, or vehicle inspections.
Compensation
$20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
