Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on machined components.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using manual, visual, and attribute inspection methods.
- Operate and interpret results from advanced metrology equipment
- Review and analyze DCC/CMM inspection data for accuracy and compliance.
- Create and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
- Verify, maintain, and monitor calibration status of inspection equipment and gages.
- Assist with PPAPs, FAIRs, and customer quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Quality Control experience
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Knowledge of measurement tools and inspection methods.
- Experience with PPAP, and FAIR.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
