Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits, inspections, and verification checks on the production floor.

• Monitor GMP, SOP/SSOP compliance and maintain quality documentation.

• Conduct product testing, lab checks, swabbing, and equipment calibrations.

• Support HACCP programs, food safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Review COAs/COCs and communicate quality issues with cross-functional teams.

• Assist with employee food safety training and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of food manufacturing quality experience preferred.

• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF/GFSI, GMP, sanitation, and food safety programs.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Ability to work 3rd shift and support a manufacturing environment.
