Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Conduct quality control tests on construction materials. + Document and report test results accurately. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues. + Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. **What Are We Looking For** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication and documentation skills. + Proficiency with testing equipment and software. + Commitment to safety and quality standards. **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. + ACI Field Testing Grade 1 certification preferred, but required within the first 6 months of employment **Work Environment** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** + $35.70 - $35.70 per hour + Union Position - Teamsters 174 + Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension + Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
